Description
When creating a second company under Settings > System > Companies, the action fails with the following error:
SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'cron_tasks.plugin_dir' in 'where clause'
I was trying to test whether automation tasks are being run for all companies in 4.3.x as there was a report that they are not. Once resolved, this should be tested.
