Order: Base currency value is shown instead of selected currency

          Description

          To reproduce:

          1. Create a package, set price to 10 USD for 1 month term
          2. Settings > Currencies > Currency Setup "Use Package Pricing for New Services Only" should be unchecked
          3. Create an order form, select USD and EUR as possible currencies
          4. Place an order, select EUR and note the price (Mine says 8.75) and click to continue. It shows 10 EUR instead of 8.75 EUR
          5. If you continue, it does invoice and charge the correct value 8.75 EUR, it's just shown wrong on the screenshotted step
