Description
When attempting to create a service (via the order form, or as an admin in Blesta) for a package set for proration, whose pro rata day is today, the resulting item description will be missing the end date (e.g. "My Package (Oct 3, 2018 - )") and the price will be 0.
Fix this issue with calculating the prorated price and setting the end date for the service on creation.
Test adding add-ons, editing a service, etc. to ensure the pricing presenter works properly for that with proration.
