Description
In the admin interface, when replying to a ticket, there is a link to "Add Attachment". When adding several attachments, I notice that clicking the "Add Attachment" link actually places a new file upload button as the SECOND item in the list rather than the LAST item in the list relative to the other file attachment buttons. The client interface adds it as the last item in the list, and the admin interface should too.
