Description
CKEditor has been updated to be pulled in from blesta/ckeditor per CORE-2870.
- Update all references to CKEditor to use the vendors/blesta/ckeditor copy rather than vendors/ckeditor.
- Update all plugins to do the same (each plugin should be a subtask)
