Description
The h2o vendor code has been updated to be pulled in from blesta/h2o per CORE-2879.
- Update all references to h2o to use the vendors/blesta/h2o copy rather than vendors/h2o.
- It may be better to create a wrapper in the core that loads and does the parsing using whatever library it has, then we just call the wrapper to do the parsing
- Update each extension that uses h2o to also be updated to either use the new vendors/blesta/h2o or to call the warpper (preferred) instead
