          Description

          The h2o vendor code has been updated to be pulled in from blesta/h2o per CORE-2879.

          1. Update all references to h2o to use the vendors/blesta/h2o copy rather than vendors/h2o.
            • It may be better to create a wrapper in the core that loads and does the parsing using whatever library it has, then we just call the wrapper to do the parsing
          2. Update each extension that uses h2o to also be updated to either use the new vendors/blesta/h2o or to call the warpper (preferred) instead
