Allow config option values to be set as default

          Description

          Sometimes we want a config option to default to a specific value. We can do this with dropdown by making sure it's at the top of the list, but we cannot do this for other fields like checkboxes and quantities.

          Add a radio button to options (including dropdown) to allow a default to be selected. For quantity, this may require adding a new text field to enter the value of the quantity that should be defaulted to (of course, within the allowed range/parameters)
