Description
Blesta recently added support for staff users to have their own language set, but the Support Manager does not currently observe that language when sending emails to staff, as the previous behavior was that the staff use the default language. This should be updated to use the staff's assigned language instead.
- Update all emails sent to staff to ensure that they are sent in that staff member's defined language
