Description
When creating an order form of the type Domain and Other, you select your Domains Package Group in a drop down. That Package Group contains all of the domain Packages, for each TLD.
The Domains Package Group should NOT also be selected in the multi-select below.
So, when saving the order form, let's throw an error if the Package selected in the Domain Package Group dropdown is also selected in the multi-select. Don't let the user save it to both.
