          Description

          Under Packages > Configurable Options: New/Edit add a new field in the Basic section under Label or Name called "Description" of the type text-area. Perhaps this could be a toggle-link like the Description option for New/Edit Packages.

          We should support Markdown and use the Markdown Editor.

          We need to make it multi-lingual, display a tab for each installed language and display the appropriate language.
