Description
The Mass Mailer currently uses Blesta's configured email delivery, which may be PHP or SMTP depending on configuration. It would be useful to allow the Mass Mailer to send using separate SMTP details from Blesta core.

I imagine it would work similar to the following:
- Add a setting page to set SMTP details
- This could be when managing the plugin, or an additional Settings page for the Mass Mailer widget
- When creating a mail piece that is being delivered by email, add a selector to choose the delivery method
- If SMTP details are defined for the Mass Mailer, default to using those
- If SMTP details are not defined for the Mass Mailer, default to using the core
- The option to select the delivery method should be the last step before sending
