Pterodactyl: Add service management features

          Description

          Allow service management features from the admin/client UI when managing/editing a service.

          The features to be included are currently TBD.

            I'm thinking we start with an Actions tab with the Start, Stop, Rebuild, and Reinstall actions/buttons. Another possibility is to add database management features.

            What are all the possible actions that can be taken? It sounds like it can be similar to VPS.net/SolusVM
