TCPDF bug causes logo/background to be deleted

          Description

          The TCPDF library was updated by the author, but inadvertently caused a bug where images (the logo/background) are deleted when generating an invoice.

          Until TCPDF resolves this issue, we will have to only pull in the most-recent non-broken version (currently 6.2.26).
