Pterodactyl: "An error was encountered while processing this request." during checkout

          Description

          When checking out with a Minecraft Vanilla server, just prior to making payment the order form returns the following error:

          An error was encountered while processing this request.

          The module logs show the following:

          Users.getByExternalId
