When a client orders a package that they already have a service using, we do not let them check out. We display a message when they try to checkout that says something like this:
There is a limit of 1 [Package Name] services per client. Please remove this Package from your account, after which you may checkout.
Staff should be able to add Packages ignoring this restriction, but it would be nice if we can show them a warning that the client already has this Package and they can make the decision to move forward or not.
