Import Manager: Add support for pterodactyl import from WHMCS

          We should add a mapping file for the Pterodactyl module. Make sure we handle egg variables well.

              WHMCS has a table tblhosting. The ID from this table is used as the external server ID in Pterodactyl. To make this import work we'll first need to update the Pterodactyl to start using external IDs.
