Pterodactyl: Add external server ID

          Description

          Currently we reference Pterodactyl servers using the internal ID. Instead we should submit and save an external ID for servers.

          We should also create a migration that sets external IDs on any existing servers.

          Lastly we should update locations that fetch an individual server to do so using the external ID methods.
