          Description

          The cron-run automation tasks need to be executed.

          Referral Maturity

          1. Evaluate all pending affiliate referrals to see if they have reached maturity, and if so, change their status and allocate their amounts to the affiliate's running total amount that may be withdrawn

            Is this interval or time based? Seems like this would be fine as time based, running only once per day. If so, I would suggest that by default it run before the monthly report so that the matured amounts are most accurate.
