          Description

          On the "Settings" page for each plugin:

          1. Show an "Actions" tab on a new page linked to from "Settings"
          2. List the Name/action of each plugin action
            • Display an option to Enable/Disable each individual action
            • Note: Sub actions should be disabled individually as well as the parent, which would not disable all children (e.g. in case the child should be accessible even when the parent is disabled)
