Default Client/Admin views that don't exist in current template

          Description

          In order to create a new view template (the ones selected under Settings > Company > Look and Feel > Template), you have to implement every single file, otherwise you get an exception when trying to load the page. The individual pages should fall back on the default if they do not exist in the selected theme.

          This may require changes to minPHP.
