Widget buttons do not wrap properly on small screens

          Description

          In some widgets with long links rows it can cause the buttons to not warp properly on small screens.

          One of the discussed solutions is to combine all the buttons into a single button with a drop-down option.

            I'd lean towards something like what we have in the logs page on small resolutions. It brings up scrolling arrows that I think could work well here as well while keeping the buttons always visible.
