          Import / Export of Packages and Configurable Options

          Description

          Being able to export and import configurable options and packages would be a big time saver. Export feature for each of these could export a file in JSON format, which could then be imported on the same or another Blesta installation.

          This would be useful to ship example import files with modules or for download in the documentation, and people can share their configurations.

          Import for Packages may have to work similarly to copying a package, as some details may still have to be defined like the module row, etc.. but we can pre-fill the other details.

          Good if a single file can import multiple configurable options at one time though.
