Namesilo: Add "Lock" checkbox to price fields

          Description

          When overriding a price, the field becomes yellow and gets locked. This prevents these locked fields from being updated again when the markup is updated. Instead of automatically locking a field, a checkbox should be added that allows to manually lock and unlock the field.
