Order: Unable to register when forcing email as username

      Description

      When the company setting is configured to force email as username and a client goes to register and no error message is displayed and the form button "Create Account" becomes disabled.

      I thought this may only be if the email was a duplicate, but it appears to occur all of the time. Additionally, it is not possible to disable the Company > Client Options > General Client Settings: Force Email Usernames options. Once it's selected, it cannot be unselected.
