Description
A new affiliate company setting should be added on upgrade called "excluded_packages" which should be a serialized list of package ID
Add a new page under Client >> Affiliates beneath the Settings section called "Excluded Packages" which lists all packages, perhaps as checkboxes or maybe a couple multi-select fields like on config options.
When calculating the commission for affiliate orders, these packages should be excluded
