Description
There is a VAT verification service is the EU (called VIES I believe) to determine whether a company can be exempted from paying VAT tax. See https://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/13864-does-blesta-support-eu-vat-handling/ for more information on the verification service, and some additional settings we will require to properly determine when/how to apply the tax.
