          Description

          Update the portal plugin to allow admin and client primary and secondary nav links to be created that point to a URL that is specified.

          Many people want to add items to the navigation that link to an outside source or a specific page within Blesta. It makes sense to add this functionality to the portal plugin.

          • Admin or Client Area
          • Link Name (Should probably be able to specify in each installed language)
          • URL/URI to link to, e.g. https://google.com, or /path/to/something/
