Description
We require the webhook secret for GoCardless to be at least 40 characters, but this is different from the GoCardless requirements and there is nothing in the interface that mentions this. We should a a tooltip that says "The Webhook Secret must be at least 40 characters long." And the error message should be updated to say "You must enter a valid Webhook Secret at least 40 characters long."
