Support Manager: Tickets with the status "Awaiting Client Reply" are not counted in the ticket client card.

      Description

      A client ticket with the status "Awaiting Client Reply" is not counted in the ticket client card shown on that client's Dashboard. If they have 1 ticket that's awaiting their reply and no others, it will show a value of 0.

      The same is true for "In Progress", or "On Hold" tickets. All of these statuses should be counted.
