Proxmox: Add support for LXC virtualization type

          Description

          The proxmox module supports KVM and openvz, though openvz support has been removed. We need to remove openvz support from the module and add LXC support. See https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Proxmox_VE_API#Step_by_step_example_of_LXC_creation_using_the_API

          We should also consider implementing noVNC per CORE-924 at the same time, as part of a proxmox update.
