Description
Add a section above the Tickets box here with statistical information including tickets in various priorities and perhaps average response times.
I'm thinking big colorful numbers on a top row, and maybe a secondary row with additional smaller statistics.

Make the average response times and other stats available to embed in other locations, possibly via javascript. People want to display response times and stats in other locations, such as their website.
