Order: Show term in package "starting at" text

          Description

          The ajax and wizard order templates should be update to show the period and term in the "starting at" text, for example:

          Starting at

          $x.xx / 6 months

            Or should this be the lowest price in months?

            e.g., you have 2 prices listed:

            1 month $10
            1 year (or 12 months) $90

            The yearly term works out to $7.50/mo, so should we show "Starting at $7.50/mo"?

            Or are we saying, take the shortest term and display that? In which case, with the above pricing we would say "Starting $10.00/mo"

            Also, this should likely be an order form setting on how to display pricing. There could be several options, including current functionality, and the two options discussed in this task so far.
