Invoice creation ignores currency precision.

          Description

          Under Settings > Company > Currencies > Active Currencies, currencies have a precision value defined. For USD, this defaults to 2. However, when you go to create an invoice manually, the unit cost fields defaults to "0.0000" instead of "0.00". The value shown here should honor the precision for the currency selected.
