Editing a payment account can sometimes result in an error

      Description

When editing a payment account with local card storage, you can click "Show Card" and enter your staff password to show the card number in the form.

However, if you edit details for the Payment Account, but DO NOT display the full card number, when you go to save you get the following error:

"The card type is invalid or could not be determined."

Then, if you click "Show Card", the modal is missing the password field.

Instead, you should be able to update a Payment Account without first displaying the card. If the full card number hasn't been replaced (it has asterisks **), then it should not be updated, but the rest of the content should be updated.

This feels more like a feature than a bug.

How so? You shouldn't have to decrypt the credit card to update an expiration or billing date, I don't think you had to before. But even if that was desirable, subsequently clicking the Show Card link resulting in an empty modal isn't good.
