Changing logo url on selected theme should update header

          Description

          CORE-3962 made the logo url a company setting and updates this setting to match a theme's logo url when the theme is selected.

          In addition we should update this company setting when the currently selected theme is edited so the changes to the logo url will immediately take effect.
