Description
Add new messenger templates for sms to match some of the existing email templates. The content should be simplified to conserve character count and formatted to display well in a text. The following templates should be created:
- Account Registration
- Auto-Debit Pending
- Invoice Notice (1st)
- Invoice Notice (2nd)
- Invoice Notice (3rd)
- Service Creation
- Service Suspension
- Service Scheduled Cancellation
These templates should be called in the same locations as their email counterparts.
Activity
Invoice Delivery Paid/Unpaid is meant to send a PDF of the invoice. I figured that wouldn't be in the scope of messengers.
An invoice SMS will be one of the most common, it wouldn't include an attachment, just information about the invoice.. invoice number, total, and probably a link to pay.

Is this for clients? An obvious one that's missing is "Invoice Delivery", Paid/Unpaid.
