Description
Add a new field to the contact_numbers table
- notifications TINYINT(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT 0
When adding/editing a contact/client a new column should be added "SMS Notifications" with a tooltip "Receive SMS notifications at this number. Message and data rates may apply."
This option should only be enabled for mobile numbers.
Make sure that the messenger model/system only sends messages to mobile numbers that are marked for notifications.
