Support Manager: Clients cannot close tickets

          Description

          As a client, if you visit Support to view open tickets, and click the dropdown icon in the button and select "Close", a modal pops up but is missing information and the ticket cannot be closed. The ticket can be closed if you click to Reply, and then select Close on the ticket's page.
