Description
We have a "Include a Reply Envelope" option. Previously this meant including an envelope but no return. However, the new api does not allow leaving those fields empty. We should include new postal method configuration fields for return address line 1, line 2, city, state, zipcode, and country. These fields should only appear when the "Include a Reply Envelope" option is selected
