Description
For many gateways (such as stripe), the payment account details are stored off-server and attached to an account reference number. We currently only handle importing locally stored payment info, but we should support these reference numbers as well.
It looks like both local numbers and reference numbers are stored in the card_data field and should be differentiated using the pay_method_id
