Description
- Currently we keep our own list of supported tlds for namecheap (end other registrars). Instead we should pull them in dynamically via the api https://www.namecheap.com/support/api/methods/domains/get-tld-list/

If we aren't going to do this soon, we should at least update /config/namecheap.php to include an updated list of TLDs for namecheap. See attached XML response from their API that includes them.
