Domain Manager: Move package options tab

          Description

          Most people won't need to use the options from the package options tab. Let's move it to the end of the tab list and call it Advanced Options.

            Maybe we just call the tab "Advanced" instead of "Advanced Options". We can use it for other advanced things in the future if needed.
