Description
On the configuration page under the general tab add a new section "TLD Option Pricing" under which should be four buttons:
- DNS Management Pricing
- Email Forwarding Pricing
- ID Protection Pricing
- EPP Code Pricing
Clicking one of the buttons should bring up a simple pricing modal. The modal should contain a table with the rows for terms 1-10 Years and a column for each currency.
We should also add pricings for each term 1-10 years for each config option.
