Universal Module: Checkbox service fields only display label, no checkbox

          Description

          To reproduce, create a universal module product with a checkbox or several for a service field. Create a package that uses this product. Try to order it on an order form, OR try to add the service as an admin. The label is displayed for the field, but the checkbox does not appear.

          I assume this is an issue with the universal module, since it impacts both locations.

            This isn't a bug per say, it's just that it isn't very clear how it works. You need to use the Values field for showing checkboxes. I've opened a PR updating the tooltips.
