Description
Currently, any packages created by the domain manager will not be taxed. We should add a check box to the configuration "Enable Tax for Domains".
When checked, this option should update all Domain Manager package to be taxable. In addition, all subsequent packages created by the Domain Manager should be taxable
In the same way, when the box is unchecked, we should mark all the packages as not taxable and apply the same to subsequently created packages.
