Description
Right now whenever we change registrars, we bring up a modal to adjust the module data on the package. But this isn't always necessary. For the generic domains module there are no fields we need to configure and for our other registrar modules, all the fields between them are identical or can be defaulted easily (like with which module row to select).
If there is nothing to configure or obvious defaults, we should handle it behind the scenes and not bother the user with a modal.
This task will require some more thought on how to default fields.
