Allow modules to insert content in client service management page

          Description

          Add a new Module method getClientManagementContent($service) which returns html to display on the client service management page. This content should be fetched and displayed under the action buttons.

            Reopening this one since the code merged didn't include a $service or $service_id parameter which will be necessary.
