Related to CORE-4316
When a staff member does a bulk renew of a service, and the service had a scheduled cancellation date, the scheduled cancellation date should be removed if it is less than the new renew date. If the scheduled cancellation date is equal to or greater than the new renew date, it should probably be left alone.
