          Description

          Add a new event triggers before input validation for:

          1. ModuleManager.addBefore
          2. ModuleManager.deleteBefore

          Replace the current triggers for:

          1. ModuleManager.add
          2. ModuleManager.delete

          With ones for:

          1. ModuleManager.addAfter
          2. ModuleManager.deleteAfter

          Add new methods for the ModuleManager observer for the new events.

          Deprecate the old event methods, but call them in their new after equivalents.
